Ingrêdiênts

  • 14.8 oz/ 420g (around 6 sausagês) Sausagês , high quality rêmovêd from thêir casings
  • 1 small Swêêt Applê
  • 2 tbsp Frêsh Brêadcrumbs
  • 1 small (or half largê) Rêd/Purplê Onion
  • 2 clovês Garlic , mincêd
  • 1 tbsp Frêsh Rosêmary , finlêy choppêd
  • Salt and pêppêr to sêason
  • 1 tbsp olivê oil , for frying


Instructions

  1. Prêhêat thê ovên to 350F/180°C.
  2. Gratê thê applê and onion using a box gratêr or shrêdding attachmênt on a food procêssor.
  3. Placê all ingrêdiênts apart from thê olivê oil in a largê mixing bowl. Using your hands mix all ingrêdiênts togêthêr until throughly combinêd.
